Word Processing 5 - Resumes
Resumes are documents that present an organized list of your skills, experiences, and abilities. In many ways, this one or two page document can be your key to entering the workforce and making some money.
Please create a Word Pro 5 folder in your portfolio, and create a resume that is up-to-date, accurate, and reflects the best of who you are. Please name the file 'YourLastName - Resume'. You may wish to include a date in the file name (e.g. 2013) so you can easily track down the most recent version of your resume.
You may use a template from the Project Galleries in Word or Pages to achieve a professional look for your work.
Your resume should also include your recent work with Word Processing (and perhaps your enrolment in this computer course) and your current rate of typing based on your testing scores from All The Right Type. Use your average scores from the 'Testing Centre'. You can find these scores in the 'Results Library'.
