InfoTech 10 - Office and Media Essentials
Information Technology 9/10 is a course designed to introduce students to the world of digital media (podcasts, film production, web design, and photo editing) and to help them develop skills using business applications including word processors, spreadsheets, and presentation software. General skills such as file management, keyboarding, cloud computing, and Internet safety will also be a part of this course. Students will explore the academic, workplace, and personal uses for these applications as they strengthen their computing skills.
Digital Media 11 - Photography and Print Media
Digital Media 11 will help students to develop their artistic talents with digital photography and photo editing, and then students will explore ways to publish and promote their work through website design, desktop publishing, and public displays. Students will study a variety of uses for their media skills, and they will model their work after industry professionals.
Digital Media 12 - Video and Film Production
Digital Media 12 will help students develop their artistic skills in the fields of animation and digital film production. Students will study a variety of uses for their film projects including public service, corporate, and personal. Projects will highlight the creativity of our students as well as the beauty of our surroundings. The work of professional film makers will also be studied during this course.
